The most expensive book ever - is finally printed (for the 2nd time....)!

Yes, this was printed in July last year.
But I never received it.
So after a lot of back and forth, and to honor my agreement with the contributors (who would receive a hardcopy of the book for free, if they sent me their address), I decided late December to print it with Blurb. Blurb is expensive. The other company was expensive too for hardcovers, but offered a better deal in total, than Blurb, and that's why I went with them.
Not the best decision I've made...
I've always been happy with the final products from Blurb, but the cost to customers is steep. You can buy the hardcover here if you want, but I'm also offering it as a PDF, where you can get instant access, and can read it on your tablet, computer, or phone.
And no, the book is too short to be available for hardcover on Amazon.
